Brynn McCarthy '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brynn McCarthy, an exceptional 14 year-old basketball player poised to make a big impact at Natrona County High School. I am a multi-talented athlete who also excels in cross country and track, and plays the violin. I maintain a 4.0 grade point average, demonstrating my commitment to excellence on and off the court. 

I am a natural leader on the court who puts her team first, and am known for my selfless approach to the game. As a point guard, I have a keen eye for the court and am always looking to set up my teammates for scoring opportunities. My unselfish game and strong team mentality make me a valuable asset to any team I play on.  Off the court, I am constantly trying to improve my skills by performing shooting practices and conditioning sessions. I will be also attending numerous basketball camps throughout the spring and summer. I have already began attending the activities that the high school provides, such as weight-lifting, injury-prevention training and conditioning as a seventh grader.

Off the court, I am a talented musician who plays the violin and has a passion for running cross country and track. I also am an active member in my school community and am always looking for ways to give back and help others. I also am an active member in my community, participating in numerous running fundraisers usually benefitting a variety of charities. 

Looking ahead, I have high aspirations for my basketball career. I hope to continue my skills and become a top player at Natrona County High School and beyond. With my natural talent, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality, I have no doubt that I will find an amazing opportunity out there somewhere in the future.
