Marissa Peck '24 Recruiting Profile

I believe my talent is time management, good hustle, great team mate and helping others.  Being a student athlete I had to adjust what I thought were decent time management very early.  During my freshman year, I made the indoor volleyball team, a club indoor team and all the while was playing beach volleyball.  I did not realize how time consuming all of this was because of all of the intangibles that go along with it.  When things begin to have a spiraling affect, I just take a breathe and control the things that are in my control.  Things like being coachable, being an awesome teammate and classmate on and off the court/sand.  I am a 5'5" Defender/Libero who works constantly on improving ball control, works hard to develop the skills necessary to be a great teammate and I think my court vision and movement skills set me apart as well.
