Hi my name is Gigi Steinbeck and I am a class of 2025 defender from Frisco, Texas! I currently attend Frisco High School and play beach volleyball for the 692Next club in Lewisville, Texas. I am a student athlete and am currently going into my junior year of high school, as well as attending 3 classes at Collin College. I recently switched from full-time indoor volleyball to full-time beach and am so grateful I did. I have never had such a passion for a sport like I do for beach volleyball. I am constantly eager to push myself and train in order to improve my skills, as well as become a better all-around player. My goal is to find a college that will push me not only athletically, but also academically. I currently am working to major in kinesiology and exercise science to pursue a career in sports medicine and physical therapy. Outside of the sand courts, I hold a job at Life Time Fitness in the kids department! I am very adventurous and love to spend time at the lake, ski, travel, and go out with my friends! - (indoor) i was the libero for the team and played back row for the entire season. I was not able to finish the last few weeks due to an ankle injury that occurred at a tournament in Orlando, Florida

- (indoor) fully transitioned to a defensive player and was a starter DS for the end/most of the season

- (indoor) started off the season strong and started to transition to becoming a defensive player. Sadly, covid-19 cut the season short

- (indoor) i originally started off the season on the bench for most games with my position set as an outside hitter. i was able to end the season as the starting outside hitter and was also getting some defensive training. The team and i made it to the 2019 GJNC tournament in Indianapolis

- My partner Kassey Samame Valdes and I played in an AVP/USAV Jr Qualifiers tournament hosted at 692 Beach Volleyball Club on April 8th. We participated in the 16U division where we placed 1st and received a bid to AVP Jr nationals in Hermosa, California.

- This was the first time I have competed on a track team and I ran the 800m and the 400m for Frisco High School. Throughout the season I was able to drop my 800m time by a little over 4 seconds and my 400m time by about 2 seconds. I also competed in the 4x
