My collegiate goal is to attend a college that offers good educational opportunities for my major, as I am a hard worker and an honors student who holds a high gpa. I plan to obtain a business degree to pursue a career working for a large corporation or law firm. Golf has been a major part of my life since I began at the age of ten. My father, medically retired and disabled due to a back injury, has been a great role model and pushes me to do my best. Tournament golf is enjoyable for me; I am competitive and enjoy interacting with others who share my love for the sport. As a varsity golfer and member of the Sunset League All-Academic Team, I have acquired excellent time management skills and the ability to balance challenging courses along with competitive golf. Gaining experience through junior tournaments, my ability level has and continues to ascend quickly since I enjoy practicing each day and playing often. Playing golf in college is definitely one of my major goals. My college experience would not be complete without the opportunity to play for a women's golf team; as a high achieving scholar-athlete, I aim to accel both academically and athletically at the school in which I will attend.
