Sydney Streeter '24 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing golf since I was 8 years old. I started getting lessons and playing tournaments fairly quickly. I started winning a lot of tournaments and that's when I realised how much I loved this game. I have been on my school's varsity team since I was a freshman.  I was a #2 golfer to a senior, I had a lot to work on last year, I struggled a lot with getting into my own head. When the season was over last year I knew what I needed to work on for this years season and I did. I fixed what was going wrong and was able to be the #1 golfer on my team and MVP as a sophomore. I think the thing that makes me different from most golfers, is that I constantly have a good attitude no matter how my round is going. I am very good with how I show my attitude, you will never be able to tell if I just had a hole in one or a 10 on a hole, I am very good at staying positive because it is easy to get off track so having a good attitude is key.
