Right now I am not sure what I want to study in college, but I do know that I want golf to be a part of my college and life experiences. Golf has always been something I enjoy doing. I want to experience golfing at many different and harder courses and meet new players who love the competitive sport as much as I do. I would be a great candidate on any team because I enjoy working with my team to be the best we can and to get better in the areas that we are struggling in. I would work the hardest I can to be a great player on the team and strive to be even better. What makes me different from other recruits is that I can bounce back if I make a mistake. As a freshman in high school I was on the varsity team and I finished in the top ten at regionals and went to state my freshman year. At state I had a rough first day but bounced back the second day getting further up in the top half of the rankings at state. My character as a golfer and a person is quiet but determined. I believe that my mental part of the game is great because if I have a bad hole or shot, I can reset very easily and quickly to do better on the next one. Academically, I put a lot of work into what I do and go beyond what is expected of me. I also have received many awards in band as a flute and piccolo player. As a freshman I have accomplished many things, including being on the girls' varsity golf team.
