Lucy Robson '13 Recruiting Profile

I'm Lucy Robson and I'm a junior golfer currently based in Stuart, FL. I was born in London, England on 10th March, 1995. From the age of 5, I went to school in Surrey until my family gained Green Card status and moved to the USA in 2005. At that time, I took up golf and started playing JPT, SFPGA and FJT tournaments throughout the state of Florida. I continue to play on the Florida Junior Tour and FWSGA events as well as national and international events. I have also played twice for the South Team in the Junior Florida Cup.

My GHIN handicap is 1.1 and my ranking on the Junior Golf Scoreboard is 589 nationally in all age groups. My most recent national tournament was the Callaway Junior Golf Championships at Torrey Pines in July, 2011. My swing video can be viewed on my website at www.lucyrobson.com

I have a busy schedule, dividing my time between Dual Enrollment at High School and at my local college and also between golf lessons with my coaches, fitness training, practice and tournaments.

In 2011, I led my High School team to 2nd place at State, the highest Jensen Beach has ever achieved. I personally finished 11th as an individual. I earned the title of MVP in all three of my high school years so far. I was also given the award as Scripps Newspapers Treasure Coast Golfer of The Year at the end of 2011.

I am lucky to have two incredible coaches, Martin Hall from Golf Channel's School Of Golf and Rod Curl Jr. at Hammock Creek G&CC, Florida. They are two of the most amazing people I have ever worked with.
