Mary Smith '19 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Mary Smith, I'm currently a student at Spruce Creek High School in Port Orange, Florida. 

Im enrolled in the IB (International Baccalaureate) Program at Spruce Creek, which is a rigorous program preparing us for the college work load.

I have been playing golf since I was 3 and a half years old and I've had the same coach to this present day. Ive played in a summer league since I was eight years old, from nine holes to eighteen holes for the past two summers. I try to play three times a week after the high school season is over. Im a second year varsity on the Girls Golf Team and have gone to States with the team for the first time. 

I want to go to college to become a lawyer, specializing in Real Estate and Construction cases. 

I have experience with golf, I know my way around any course. Im a great team player and fun to be around. I work hard and met all of the internal goals I set for myself to become a better athlete. I know how to balance school, sports and home life well because of the IB program.
