Personal Statement
I am a hard-working and coachable elite junior golfer from Tallahassee, Florida. I have played golf since I was in 5th grade. My high school has never had enough female players to field a team, and I have competed as an individual my entire high school career. While this has been fun and I have enjoyed success as an individual player, I look forward to being part of a college team, where I can make a difference on the course and as a leader in the locker room. I am a natural leader on and off the course. I have been picked to lead retreats, fundraisers, assemblies, and as an ambassador of my school. My sense of humor keeps me going through difficult times and difficult rounds. My passion for golf has motivated me to excel as an individual. This passion will drive me to work hard for my team.
