2021 HighlightsPersonal Statement
Although I have been an athlete all my life (gymnastics, swimming, dance), I am fairly new to the sport of golf. I started playing 3 years ago just before my freshman year of high school. I am proud of the fact that I have earned my varsity letter all 3 years going into my senior year. I love the game of golf and have worked hard to progress as a solid, confident, and competitive golfer. Recently I have started entering and participating in more tournaments, including AJGA and FSGA tournaments, to grow as a golfer.
My low competitive score to date is 1-under 70 (33 + 37 = 70) in the qualifying round for the 2021 FSGA Junior Amateur Match Play Tournament (Girls 13-18). My second-lowest competitive round as of June 12th is a 3 over par 74 (37 + 37 +75) in an MJGT (Manatee Junior Golf Tour) event.
The upside to my golf game? The more time I spend on my game the more I love the sport and the better I get! :)
I am a personal person and enjoy meeting other golfers in each tournament I play in. Relationships and connecting with others are important to me. I love my high school teammates and look forward to the chance to play with a great team in college!
