Personal Statement
There is nothing in this world that I love more than playing golf. Since I can remember, I have always aspired to play college golf in the U.S. My future goals are to hopefully turn professional and play on the ladies circuit overseas. These goals link hand in hand with my goals for college, which will to not only be to earn my degree in my field of study, but also to improve my golf. I feel the U.S will open more doors to allow myself to improve with better practice facilities, coaches and a higher level of competition. I've always been a dedicated team player and have participated in my provincial team as well as inter-regional teams. I have developed a positive attitude on the course and often helps to boost my team members spirit. My personality is very unique and out going and I feel that this makes me stand out from a crowd. I've always been very athletic and participated in numerous sports in high school and though this I've been able to develop good sportsmanship and learn how to plan my life to balance school work, extra mural sports as well as golf.
