Brennan Deshotel '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I'm Brennan Deshotel and I am a senior at the Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts. I have been playing golf for roughly four years and it is honestly one of my biggest passions in life. I love golf, science, and music, and I want to attend a college that allows for a healthy combination of all of my interests. I plan to study environmental engineering in college and I am extremely passionate about creating environmentally friendly alternatives to unhealthy widespread practices. I love learning and having a competitive learning community is a necessity for me. Music is another one of my core interests and I want to continue writing and performing throughout college. I believe that I would be a good fit for a collegiate golf team because I am very hardworking and try to push myself and others to be the best. I am at my happiest when I am playing golf and it is a huge part of my life. In addition to loving the sport, I really enjoy the connection and community that comes with being on a team. I believe that I am very driven and that I always try to perform my best no matter the situation. I am ready to take on the challenge of playing for a collegiate golf team and can't wait for the next steps regarding my athletic future.
