Throughout my short history of playing golf, I have learned and grown from so many things and I cannot explain in words my appreciation of the sport. Golf is one of the few things in my life that teaches me patience, peace, respect, responsibility, independence, self control and so many other characteristics. Although I would love to play golf professionally, the main reason I continue to play is because I genuinely love it. When I started to reap the benefits of my hard work and realize that I was playing for myself and not my parents, I grew more of a passion for golf. Besides golf, I am generally an open person who is willing to expand relationships with people and learn more everyday. I find myself more excited than nervous for golf and college, I love being apart of a team and just absorbing everything college has to offer. My parents and family have always been a enormous part of my life, and coming from a cultural background, my parents have always taught me to work hard and take every opportunity in order to live successfully. Furthermore, one thing that I would say sets me apart from everyone else is that I will go to any lengths to always perform my best and I never ever give up no matter how hard the circumstance is. I always aim to have a positive outlook on every situation and stay optimistic and perseverant.
