Madison Brouillard '24 Recruiting Profile

I am a 17-year-old senior and I have been playing golf for about 4 years. I believe I am a good candidate for your team because I have an amazing work-ethic, and I am very coachable. I always strive to continue to get better and become the best golfer I can be, whether that is by listening to advice, or learning on my own time. I started off playing golf with my dad on the weekends but then I quickly realized that golf was a sport that I wanted to take seriously. I enjoy golf because it is a hard sport to master, so there's always room for improvement and I like to challenge myself. The skills I have developed from golf, specifically the mental aspect, positively impacts all areas of my life.  I joined my high-school golf team and with my grit and determination I was able to go to regionals within my first year of playing golf. Since I have always had sports in my life I would like to become a physical therapist as my future occupation. With academics also being very important to me, I have quickly learned how to successfully balance school with sports allowing me to reach my academic and athletic goals. In my freshman, sophomore, and junior years of high school, I was able to achieve and maintain a 4.3 GPA while playing two sports at the varsity level.  I am looking forward to playing golf at the next level!
