Personal Statement

My name is Gracyn Vidovic and I am in the class of 2025. After having tried a variety of sports, four years ago I started playing golf and have been in love with the game ever since. Something inside of me clicked, and I felt like this was what I was meant to do.

Through golf, I have learned to control my emotions and stay focused on my goal no matter how I am playing. It has also allowed me to create strong relationships and put myself out there. Academically, I like to challenge myself by taking courses that test me as a student. I take many honors and AP classes and am not afraid of a challenge. I would be a great asset to your team because I am a hard worker and have a positive attitude. Since I have only been playing golf for four years, I’ve had to be very focused and driven to get to where I am, and I still feel I have much more room to grow.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
