Personal Statement

Like golf, I work just as hard at my academics, having received awards for straight As for several different semesters and maintaining a GPA above a 3.5. I plan on majoring in Psychology, focusing on Childhood Development. I’d like to have my own practice one day, and utilize my golf skills in such a way that can help children learn, focus, and grow. I have taken AP classes and I am enrolled in college level courses in English for my senior year. I believe I am a leader on and off the field. I was picked to be captain of my family room for our house system at Carroll. I am a captain of the golf team for my senior year. I am in several different clubs, such as Drama, Yearbook, and Cooking. I volunteer for service work for our community through different school programs.
