My goal is to play at the highest  level of competitive golf and study Communications (Journalism/ PR) so I can remain connected to golf competition my whole life.

I am currently a member of Team Ontario where I successfully participate in golf tournaments in Canada and abroad.

I am a fighter who loves to compete. I finished grade 10  with honours (4.0 GPA). I am a handicap +2 at golf, A Taekwondo 2nd Dan Black Belt, an avid skier and I love to sing to large audiences.

I work really hard to be the best person and golfer I can be.

Training

  • Golf Swing
  • 7 years
  • I started playing golf sporadically when I was 5 years old. When I was 9 I told my dad I wanted to be a golf professional one day so he hooked me up with the Glen Abbey Junior Team and, later on with my current coach David Banks (Clublink's Hidden Lake Golf Coach). David has been instrumental to my success in golf because he has taught me a solid classic swing that I understand and I can replicate. David was the Canadian Long Drive Champion and he has over 30 years of experience. He has helped dozens of women and men athletes get university scholarships to play golf and has helped made great players that played for the provincial team of Ontario and our Canadian Nacional team.
  • Golf Competition
  • 4 years
  • I started competing at 11. First with The Glen Abbey Junior team and currently with the Ontario Provincial Team (Team Ontario). Coach Reggie Millage and his team of Sports psychologist, Physical therapist, Health and Physical Coaches help me everyday to stat fit, focused and play at the best of my ability. We train often all together and the Team assist us during the tight competitions schedule in Canada. They also take us abroad for almost three weeks to train and play the Can-Am competition between Ontario and the Carolinas.
  • Off Season Training
  • 3 years
  • Since Canada has a long winter, my family has planned vacations around my golf schedule so I get time to train and play while Canada is covered with snow. Hernan Rey is a coach in Orlando that I visit to polish some aspects of my swing (mainly short game). Hernan played in the PGA, was also the Caddie of Angel Cabrera and helped several successful players including golf pros like Emiliano Grillo. He also helps very successful University players like Mateo Fernandez de Oliveira with the Arkansas Razorbacks among many others. But the highlight of my Off Season Training is when I go to Argentina. I usually play the Argentinean Women's Amateur Open and I get to play lots of golf (everyday). Some of the best golf courses I have ever seen designed by Alister Mckennzie, Jack Nicklaus and more... And I get to play them with Charlie Alvarez. He was twice Argentinean Amateur Champion and he was taught golf by the great Roberto De Vicenzo. With him I cover many aspect of the physical training required to play golf (he is a TPI instructor) and I learn a lot from the tricks that De Vicenzo taught him over the years on how to play this wonderful sport.
  • Indoor Training
  • 3 years
  • For the last 3 years I had an Indoor golf setup at home where I practice and play those days that I am in Canada during the winter. I also attend regularly to www.thegolfersacademy.ca whey I use Trackman to analyze all aspects of my swing. I also use it to check my carry distances before the first tournaments of the season.
