Shaifer Goalen '23 Recruiting Profile

I have always prided myself on having big goals, and I always do what is necessary to achieve these goals. Sometimes my efforts are not met with the same amount of enthusiasm, but that never slows me down. I am very passionate about the things that are important to me, such as; my grades, athletic integrity, and family and friends. I'm very fortunate to have a strong support system from my family and friends. And they are the people I will always keep close to my heart. Like me, these beautiful people have great work ethics. So all around are people who make me be better and do better. It's in my nature. My high school coach here at ball always says, " Never try to fix something by doing the same thing over and over again. If everyone did that we'd all go insane." I may have my routines, but I know I will always have to be open to new things to improve and achieve my goals. I'm ready for anything life throws at me.
