My name is Emerson Roychoudhury. I am a freshman in high school and maintain a 4.0. I attend an online school and utilize my time management skills to balance golf, personal training, and academics. I would be a good fit for your golf team because I pride myself on having a great work ethic and a positive attitude no matter what comes my way. I am passionate about the process of getting better, and I enjoy practicing all aspects of the game. I love challenging myself with the distances I play, and I typically practice from around 6400-6600 yards. I am very coachable and always looking for tips to help me improve my game. My hard work paid off last June when I qualified for my first USGA event in the US Girls in Colorado Springs.
I have grown up going to college football games since I was three, and I love the passion college sports bring to the university and fan base. Right now, I plan to major in Broadcast Journalism and eventually share my love of college sports with fans everywhere on TV.
Please feel free to contact my golf coach, Mike McGetrick, at 303.647.4926 (or email at [email protected]).
I am excited to see the opportunities my golf game will provide for me down the road.
