I have been playing golf since I was nine years old. I have loved the game ever since I first stepped onto a driving range. My goal is to not just play at the collegiate level, but to excel both athletically and academically.
I have a strong work ethic. I’m always competing, developing physically and mentally, and working on the small details. I challenge myself with every opportunity that is given to me.
As a freshman in the fall of 2023, I played for my co-ed High School team where I achieved All Tournament honors at the West Virginia State Girls Invitational, finishing seventh overall with an 82. My lowest 18 hole round was an 81. In the spring of 2024, I competed in The Junior Tour Powered by Under Armour where I finished as the League Champion with my lowest 9 hole round of 38. In the summer of 2024, I competed on the West Virginia Golf Association’s Callaway Junior Tour with my lowest 18 hole round of 77.
In the classroom, I work very hard. I maintain a 4.0 grade point average. As a freshman, I took honors English and Geometry. Heading into my sophomore year, I will be in all honors classes. I take pride in my school work and being a great student and classmate. I am a member of the National Junior Honors Society. I also enjoy helping the community as a member of the Community Care Club.
I want to attend a college that will prepare me for my future and provide the tools, skills, and education to succeed on and off the course. I am looking for a golf program that pushes me to be my best. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the college that is the best fit for me.
