Personal Statement

Update: I made it WIAA High School STATE GOLF for the 4th time!!!  Playing at University Ridge, Madison, WI on 10/9/2023. Come out and watch!!

Playing Golf at a young age, is required to have determination, discipline and good attitude, which to me are the most important traits to have as a golfer. I also have a leader’s approach, and I always want to help my teammates succeed too. Golf can be a very individual sport where a lot of focus is on yourself. I have had several successes as a golfer. My freshman year of High School, I qualified for State at Blackwolf Run and finished 13th, All State Academics, honorable mention all state and qualifying for Lake Arrowhead Invitational. Sophomore year I got 3rd at State & honorable mention all state. 2022 AJGA Wisconsin Team Cup Member. I have won my club championship 2 years in a row. My Junior year High School, I won Regionals (Medalist) score 81 and won Sectionals (Medalists) score 78 and finished 6th at State-University Ridge, Madison, WI.

Currently I have been undefeated in my HS golf career for 2023 season.  Medaled each tournament and hope to continue at State.  I'm so excited.A main goal I want to have in college is to focus on academics, most likely through business or medicine, and competitively play the sport that I love=GOLF.
