Anastasia Thompson '15 Recruiting Profile

Hello,

      My name is Anastasia (Ana) Thompson. I currently play hockey for the Women's Ice Hawks of Becker College.  I have been playing for 9 years as of this August. I played forward for most of the previous years, but was moved to defense for one year. I enjoyed the change and like the added skill set.

      Ever since I started playing this game, it has been a dream of mine to play college hockey. I am working hard to make that dream a reality. I would describe myself as a defensive minded player. I am responsible in both zones. I consider myself a good teammate and I am extremely coachable. I am looking for a program with good coaching, excellent academics, a family type atmosphere and somewhere that I can continue to work hard and contribute off the ice and on it.
