My goal is to be part of a successful and fun college hockey program. I began figure skating and playing hockey when I was 5 years old and eventually decided I wanted to just play hockey. Now beginning my freshman year in high school I have decided I would love to continue into college and play as long as possible. I enjoy the sport because I like to compete, have fun, and hang out with my teammates. I hope to use my hard work and dedication to the game to help me get into a good college. I feel that my years of experience and good coaching give me a great understanding of the game. One thing that stands out to people around me is my positive attitude and I enjoy every minute I’m out there, I always try to keep my teammates positive and play whatever role is needed for my team. When it comes to school I try to keep the same energy by working hard but enjoying the process. I stay on top of my school work and take advantage of any extra help or advice I can get. I use my free time in school or study halls to get work done so I can stay on top of my busy schedule outside of school and hockey. My goal at this time is simple, I would like to use my love and dedication to the game of hockey and school to help me boost my chances of getting into a good college with a fun hockey program where I can get a degree and give myself the best chance of creating a future for myself.
