My name is Olivia Sorlie and I am a junior goaltender for Jamestown High School in Jamestown, North Dakota. I played hockey when I was younger, but joined back about 5 years ago. As a sophomore varsity starting goalie, I helped my team attain a record of 12-13-0, and earn the title of Consolation Champions at the 2022 North Dakota State Girls Hockey Tournament. I would like to take the next step in my hockey career and play at the college level upon graduating high school in 2024. My current GPA is 4.0/4.0 and I am ranked 1 out of 179 in my class.
Attributes I will bring to my future team include my strong work ethic, dedication to my team and a fun-loving attitude. I am looking for a university that not only allows me to continue playing the game I love, but also challenges me academically. Receiving a quality education that will prepare me to be successful in my goal to attend medical school is a high priority.
