I believe I would bring any team together in a cohesive manner and elevate the team's morale both on the field and out. The connections made off of the field matter as much to me as on the field, along with the progressions made individually and as a whole. While I am determined in completing the goals set for myself and for the team, I believe wholeheartedly that my team should be students and athletes, and while we put the work into the field, the same should be done in academics.
