My name is Emma Roes Terino and I am in the graduating class of 2021. I have been a three-sport varsity athlete for the past two years at East Meadow High School. My true passion is lacrosse but I am also a competitive cheerleader and soccer player. This past lacrosse season, I was chosen as captain and helped my team advance to the playoffs for the first time in many years. I am a competitive team player who led my team in goals, assists, draw controls and groundball pickups for the past two seasons. I always leave everything I have on the field and do what is best for my team. In my Freshman year, I received All-Conference Honors and in my Sophmore year, I received Honorable Mention All-County. My dedication to sports is not the only thing I pride myself on. I have a love for learning and feel I am a diverse student. I not only excel in my core academic classes but I am also an artist, singer and a strong American Sign Language student. In my spare time, I enjoy crocheting, drawing, and spending time with my family and friends, as well as keeping my lacrosse skills sharp.
