I have been playing lacrosse since I was 8 years old (3rd grade). My freshman year I was a starter on Junior Varsity but the last two games of the season I swung up to Varsity to play at the next level. I feel like being swing, it challenged me to step up and play at a higher level. I know playing Girls Lacrosse in college, it will challenge me even further and make me love the game more.
Playing in the game for so long I have developed great sticks skills on both hands. As a midfielder, it challenges me to see the field on both the offensive and defensive sides of the field. I have a really positive attitude on and off the field which I think helps lead my teammates to victory.
In school, I remain a 3.7 GPA. I volunteer at my local church and volunteer at mini lacrosse camps to help little kids work on their stick skills.
In college, I would like to attend a college that will challenge me on the field and will take my game to the next level and a college where I can study the major/field I want to study. I am open-minded about attending either a in state or out of state college. I just hope to be a role model to others, expand my mind about the lacrosse, and challenge myself in the classroom and on the field.
