I started sculling singles recreationally as a 7th grade student at the NAC in Newport Beach CA.
I joined the NAC Novice Girls team in my 9th grade and was upgraded to Varsity Lightweight Women's during the season.
The culmination of hard work and dedication was the winning of the 2016 Southwest Women's lightweight 8+ Championship in my Novice year.
I attend Sage High School, a private high school which is renowned for its academic standards and I hold an average GPA of 3.5 to 3.7. I was selected as a Student Ambassador for the 2017/2018 School year.
As a 16 year old athlete, I pride myself on both my scholastic aptitude and my ability to balance a challenging school life with the rigors and demands of daily rowing training and competition.
