A 5:30am start each day, for a 20km morning row. Followed by an after-breakfast row and another after lunch of around 12-15k each. 2k erg tests were conducted on the first day where I set my current personal record of 7.44.

A 5:30am start each day, for a 18km morning row. Followed by an after-breakfast row and another after lunch of around 10-12k each. Weather permitting, this was accompanied by a lighter 8km row after dinner.
