  • Our coaches Kate Hoff and Taylor Washburn, hold training either on the water or the erg from 3:45pm to 6pm everyday, except for Saturdays, which are usually race days.

  • Rowing is a new sport for me. I started school at Northfield Mount Hermon in the fall of 2016 and that is when I began rowing. My coaches, Kate Hoff and Taylor Washburn, hold our training sessions from 3:45pm to 6pm every evening. After we warm up as a group, we are given our line-ups and then immediately our training begins. Before our season officially begins, or if we are unable to row on the water on any particular day, we erg. One of my coaches, Taylor Washburn also holds optional morning erg sessions from 6am to 7am, which I always attend.
