Alexis Stoner '21 Recruiting Profile

From 2016 to 2018 my family was relocated twice, and the two very different geographic locations (Boston, MA and Mobile, AL).  This taught me a lot about self-confidence, determination and faith.  These life experiences have helped me grow as a person, student and an athlete.   It has also forced me to re-focus my own efforts on becoming a consistent and dedicated soccer player and student. 

I was fortunate enough to be part of an amazing youth and club program which focused on player development coupled with team play.  Success was not just measured in wins and loses but how well each player developed to support the team from year to year.   I'm looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically.   I believe I not only have the talent to compete at a D1 college program, but the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact.   As a soccer player who has been a starter at every level, and played at the highest level in club and state soccer, I know that I have what it takes to be a leader and contributor in your program!
