Hi, my name is Mariela Navarrete, I'm a 5'9 2026 goalkeeper for Arizona Arsenal ECNL 08. I'm a three-sport athlete who plays soccer, flag football, and basketball (Varsity for all). My journey in soccer has taught me many valuable lessons in discipline, teamwork, and leadership. From countless hours practicing my skills, on and off the field, to facing high-pressure moments in crucial matches, I've created a mindset of perseverance and determination. Off the field, I am dedicated to academics, I understand the importance of a balance between sports and school. Having to balance traveling for soccer and maintaining great grades in multiple honors classes has taught me the value of time management. I am eager to contribute not only athletically but also academically, ready to make a positive impact wherever I go.
