Lizbeth Herrera '19 Recruiting Profile

I love wroking with my teammates inside and outside the field. I aspire to be a role model for younger kids and help them achieve their dreams too. What makes me a good candidate to play for a team is that I like to contribute and help my teammates in the field and out the field. I think that it's important to recognize that student comes before athlete. What makes me different from other players is that I'm selfless, I like to help others in their special areas and I like to keep practicing at whatever level I'm in. However, I also like to keep a strong bold character to define my personalitly. Whenever things don't go the way we anticipate I'm there to motivate us. On the academic side, I get to my classes on time, I respect the teachers and staff members in my school, I help others when needed, and I also get awarded for my achievements. I also participate in clubs and various sports, cross country and track and field. I like to take challenges, I take AP and honors classes. I also participate in JROTC, serving in the military. It helps us by preparing us to become better citizens. In everything I do I like to strive and give it my all.
