I LOVE to WIN. I love to score. I love being the guy hustling all over the field, stealing the ball, and putting it in the back of the net. I love to blow by defenders and see their faces when they realize they aren’t going to be able to catch up in time. I love to see the other team upset because they lost. I love to win.
I’m extremely competitive; whether it’s practice, a scrimmage or a game, it doesn’t matter because I am going to win at all costs. Losing is never an option. It doesn’t matter if we are down three going into the last fifteen minutes, because I understand how to play with urgency. When a team scores against us, I hurry to grab the ball because it is important to me to get back in the game. I will give everything I have because winning is FUN.
I understand how to play to my strengths. I am fast, I am aggressive and I like to be in control. I can see the field, the open spaces, and I am able to read my teammates well. I know where to place the ball, for a pass or a shot. I communicate well. I’m a quick-thinker, an improviser, and I know how to win.
Best of all, I love playing under pressure, when the stakes are high and you have everything to lose. I want to be the player to score the game-winner and win it all for my team.
