Hello, my name is Alexandria Theriault, however, I go by Ally on the field. I play for the Rebels Elite girls 2002 soccer team. My primary position is Center forward, although, I could be placed in any position if needed. Currently I am 16 years old, and fully invested into my education and soccer.
I have been playing soccer for seven years. The first year I started playing soccer, I was selected to be on the AYSO All Stars Team. After playing recreational soccer for 2 years, I decided to play club soccer with Bonita Matrix where I truly found my love for the sport. After a couple of seasons with Matrix, I was recruited and was subsequently selected for the Chula Vista Rangers Red Academy Team. After only one season, I established a starting position as Center Forward as well as Team Captain. Finally, I tried out for Rebels, since I have joined Rebels, my athleticism, and my soccer smarts has expanded tremendously, I am also Team Captain currently.
As far as my education goes, I am a very good student. Some of my qualities are that I am a very hard worker when I put my mind to it, and I put a lot of time and effort into my work to make it perfect. I really started making my mark in Sixth grade when I received the OSA reward (Outstanding Student Athlete Award), and the Presidential Award. In Middle School I got awarded the most athletic and was the Vice President of Arroyo Vista Charter Middle School. My Freshmen year at Eastlake High School I made the Freshmen soccer team and was chosen to be Team Captain by my other teammates and my coach, I also got awarded the MVP of the season and scored the most goals in the Sweetwater district for the Freshmen teams, I scored 43 goals in all during the season. This year (my Sophomore year) I made Eastlake Varsity Soccer, to add on, this was the first year Eastlake Girls Soccer has ever won Open Division.
In my eyes, my future is very bright! My career goals are to be an Aerospace Engineer or work in the Medical field. I am very interested in math and science and what I could do to make our home in all, a better place.
I want to definitely play soccer in college
I know you look at a lot soccer players every day, however, what sets me apart from the rest is my work ethic and my determination to be the best.
