As a very young child, I participated in every sport imaginable. I loved to run and found maneuvering a soccer ball across the field was exhilarating. So here the story begins with my love of soccer and being a good team player. In 7th grade, I was diagnosed with Osgood Schlatters Disease. I was devastated but already had a plan of how I would return to the soccer field. My passion for the game grew stronger everyday through tenacious rehabilitation. Learning how to prepare myself physically and mentally for soccer was due to being dedicated, disciplined, hard working and never letting anything get in the way of playing collegiate soccer. I am not just a position on the pitch, I am a soccer player.
Working hard on and off the field has helped me advance my leadership skills among my peers and teammates on different levels of life. With this skill, I am able to help others continue on the path of being a great student-athlete and future leader.
I appreciate you for taking the time to view my profile.
