My goal is to play soccer in college. This has been my goal since I was a little girl. When I was five years old I stepped onto a soccer field and immediately fell in love with the game. As I have progressed into playing Club Soccer, I have come to realize, playing soccer at the collegiate level would be a fantastic opportunity to continue to play the game I love.
I play defense and have always been told that I am a wall back there. I currently play on a US Club Premiere level team that requires all players to have good ball skills. I am a very coachable player and I give 100% all of the time. I don't give up! I am currently running cross country for my High School team to improve my fitness during the off-season.
I have always been at the top of my class and I skipped eighth grade to further challenge myself academically. I also participated in the academic decathlon team in Middle School where only the top ten students in the school were chosen. I am also planning to be a part of mock trial team in High School.
I would like to attend a college where my dream of playing soccer can come true. At the same time, I would like to go to a college where I will be challenged to be the best I can be while pursuing my academic and athletic goals.
