Caitlin Brondson '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Caitlin Bronsdon and I am a 2024 recruit from San Diego, California. I was a starter for my highschool's varsity team at Mission Hills last season, making it as far as the CIF semi finals (division 1). I am currently  playing for my DPL club team. I’ve played soccer competitively for six years, and I am a Captain for City SC Carlsbad. Position wise, I am a regular center defender, but can play anywhere on the backline and have had experience at defensive center mid. In the last year my technical ability has improved on the field, as well as speed of play, and long ball clearances. As I am early in the first semester of my senior year I am prioritizing my grades, training, and extracurricular commitments above everything.  Athletics, academic performance, and my other passions have prepared me to attend a variety of colleges. I am immensely excited to pursue both soccer and education at the collegiate level and plan to work towards a Business Degree in Marketing and Finance.
