Ashley Mar '22 Recruiting Profile

I currently play for Slammers FC on the G03/04 ECNL RL team. After trying other sports, I started playing soccer nine years ago and immediately fell in love with the game. My main position is attacking midfielder, but I also play holding midfielder.

Learning from my current coaches and all my previous coaches has given me a greater understanding of the game. The experience has pushed me mentally and physically to challenge myself to get better as a player as well as a person.  

Playing all yearlong for club and staying focused on high school academics has shown me the importance of balancing athletics and school work. I am leaning towards taking an Art History & Graphic Art major, but still want to explore other majors. My main goal is to be a part of an institution that encourages creative thinking in the classroom while continuing to develop my skills with the guidance of college coaches.  Thank you for taking time to view my profile ~ Ashley
