One of the best days in my life came when I was 7 years old and my mom told me that I had made the newly forming U9 club soccer team at West Valley Samba, and that she was going to let me join the team. I have played for the same club, which the following year became known as Real So Cal, ever since that day. I cannot imagine my life without the weekly grind of soccer training sessions, the road trips to soccer games, the hotel stays with my teammates, and the camaraderie and support of my soccer girls. To be able to have soccer as part of my college experience will be a dream come true.
Throughout my club and high school career, I have played midfield and defense, on both sides and in the center. I currently play center midfield on my club team and defense and midfield on my high school team. Passing accuracy, ball handling skills, and endurance, are my strengths. I am skilled with both left and right feet. I am a true team player and one of the hardest working players you will find.
I apply my strong work ethic in the classroom as well. I strive to maintain high grades while taking a very rigorous course load. Math and science classes are my favorites, and I am leaning towards a college major in those fields. My goal is to attend a top rate university with a soccer program that is a good fit for me.
