I currently attend Yucaipa High School in Yucaipa, California. I have been playing soccer since I was five. I grew up watching my mentor Kodi Lavrusky play from Yucaipa High School all the way to scoring the winning goal for UCLA in the national championship. She has been a true inspiration to me and I was able to get the unique experience of being able to talk to her through the entire process. I even sat with her on signing day. I have attended many college games at several campuses and those visits inspired me to want to play soccer at the collegiate level. Academics are of high importance to me as I wish to become an Psychologist in the future. In junior high school, I attended an international baccalaureate charter school which I feel gave me a strong work ethic and great study skills. I am currently enrolled in in the “Health and Biomedical” pathway at my high school which requires more coursework and an emphasis on the human body. I love exploring how the body works and functions. I look forward to the challenges that playing soccer at the collegiate level and preparing for medical school will bring.
