Personal Statement
I have played sports ever since I was able to walk, from Hockey, Snowboard Slopestyle to Basketball, but none ever compared to soccer. I have been playing soccer since I was around 4 years old and I loved it the second I stepped onto the pitch for the first time. Ever since then, my love and passion for the game has only grown and it led me to realize I want to take my career to the next level.
My strengths in the field come primarily from my vision and strategic decision-making. I play quick with the ball and I'm constantly on my feet moving on the field. Along with that, I am a natural leader who strives to set an example for my teammates and coaches. I am competitive and determined and my personality leaves me very coachable and always trying to be the best version of myself.
When it comes to school, I always aspire for perfection. Coming out of my Sophomore year I average a 4.14 GPA, taking 2 AP and 3 Honors Classes. I am actively involved with my school community, as the leader of our Devil Duels Assembly, I have been on the Student Council previously and I have great relationships with my peers, teachers, and community. I am also a very outgoing, social person who loves meeting new people and making new friends. When it comes to college, I am open to all options. While I am looking to play soccer, I also am looking for a school that can challenge me academically. As I am not 100% certain about what degree I would like to pursue, I do know I would like to continue my education in some part of the medical or science field. With that being said, I aspire to play at the highest level possible. Above all else, I want to become a successful student, athlete, and role model to set an example for all around me.
