I am looking for a school where I can focus my study efforts on the stuff that really matters to me and a team that can use my leadership skills, defensive strength and aggressiveness on the field to achieve it’s goals.
I love the game of soccer with every fiber of my being. I love the outdoors, the sunshine, and the smell of grass and dirt in my cleats. I have been a varsity starter my entire high school career. My current position is center back and I intend to train and tryout for a defensive midfield and or attacking midfield position during our 2013-2014 High School season.
Along side my love for soccer is my love for animals. My ultimate goal is to become a small animal veterinarian with a successful practice in the area that I choose to put my roots. My plan is to use my desire for adventure to propel me through the transition from high school into and college, and my hunger for the game to get me through the hard work and challenges that come with being a collegiate athlete. My conservative goal is to play all 4 years while I am pursuing my undergraduate study. After that, I see my focus needing to dial in on the challenges of vet school and all it has to offer so that my ultimate dream of becoming a vet can come to pass.
I am excited and ready for this new phase in my life. When I think about getting the opportunity to play the best sport in the world at a college level I almost cannot even stand it.
