2021 Highlights Personal Statement
I am very passionate about soccer. I am ambitious, driven and have been told I am a natural leader on the soccer field. I would describe my leadership style as preferring to lead by example. Currently I am a starting center midfielder for Holy Cross High School in Waterbury, Connecticut, as well as my premier club Connecticut Football Club 2005 ECNL team. On November 23, 2019 I represented the ODP Region 1 Team at the Interregional event in Boca Raton, Florida and was invited to the 2019 ODP National Training Camp. In addition, I was invited to play on the ODP National Team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This national event was cancelled due to Covid-19. Previously I was named captain of my U13 ECNL team at CFC and all division as a freshman and sophomore for Holy Cross High School, as voted by the league's coaches. Additionally, I was named First Team All State and MVP as a sophomore at Holy Cross High School. I currently have a 3.7 GPA, and I am looking forward to improving upon that in coming semesters. My twin brother Joseph and I were born on St. Patrick's Day and we have an older brother Michael.
