I started playing soccer when I was 10 years old and have been playing ever since. After two years of recreational soccer, I moved up to play for club teams. Within the years that I have been playing, I have been rotated all over the field in order to find the position that best exploits my talent. I have played as a center-back, attacking midfielder, holding midfielder, outside midfielders, and outside forwards (where I play now). I feel as though being moved around the field has made me a better and more well-rounded player because I have experience in every position and can do anything that I am asked to do. Playing for as many teams as I have has taught me a lot about working with new people and adapting to new coaching styles that have proven to be beneficial along my soccer career. In my first high school season, I was a JV starter who ended the season being the leading goal scorer and leading assist maker; at the end of the JV season, I was invited to be a part of the varsity team while we advanced through playoffs.
I am going into my sophomore year of high school at Lecanto High in Lecanto, Florida as a Pre- International Baccalaureate student, my classes this year will include 4 AP classes and the rest IB/Honors classes. My freshman year of high school included 2 AP classes and the rest of my schedule, except one, was an IB/Honors class; I also maintained a 4.8 GPA throughout the year. I wish to go to college for accounting or another math-related field of work.
