As a student and athlete, currently in Niceville High School, Florida who is soon to be a graduate of 2021. I have high hopes of being the first Hispanic female in my family to attend college and I do not see either aspects of achieving high levels in academics and being the best athlete I can be changing throughout my college path. To be able to educate myself and play the sport I have grown up enjoying would fulfill my college experience. I am 17 years old on a path of growth mentally and physically. There have been many ups and downs in my path especially with my father being in the military and having to move around the world at the drop of a dime. Regardless of what has happened in my journey, my decisions and goals seem to be the same and that is to play college soccer at a collegiate college with aspirations to play professional.
At just the build of 5ft 1inch and 115 pounds my size motivates me. I feel it’s what made me start to drive myself not only physically, but mentally as well. I have played soccer for as long as I can remember. A lot of my family play soccer and my father has showed and trained me everything he has learned. I have played at every military base we have been at and played with F.C. Dallas in Niceville Florida before moving to Stuttgart, Germany. I trained and played futbol in Europe for four years with select teams like Schoenaich Jugendleitung Abteilung Futbol, Stuttart-Mohringen womens team, and Stuttgart Select. I currently train with Chivas F.C. in Fort Walton Beach Florida, where we won 1st place at the 3v3 live tournament in Alabama and also received 3rd place Gold Division Challenge Sport Disney 3v3 Nationals.
During my education I plan on studying down the path of Sport Physical Therapy due to my own experience and the love of improving overall health and fitness. I would also like to learn about Business because of our current changing culture of our economy. To go along with the college experience I would like to attend a college that is diverse in culture and a calming atmosphere but that also has its lively school spirit and lifestyle.
