Khiya Ingram '15 Recruiting Profile

     My name is Khiya Ingram and I have been playing soccer since i was just five years old. I am a hard working student athlete with a dream of becoming an anesthesiologist and playing soccer on a collegiate level while working toward that dream. I take pride in my studies as well as in athletics. I have been playing soccer for many years and continue to work through each milestone one day at a time

       Although I have faced two major injuries, I have made huge come-backs and have maintained my drive to play soccer in college. I am a team leader and continue to help my team along with myself to improve mentally and physically. I also believe that a leader should be able to learn from others such as team mates, coaches, class mates, parents, and teachers. I am an avid learner and try my best to succeed in new tasks. I want to learn from my coaches and team mates and improve as a goalkeeper and as an athlete in my skills, as well as, learning and improving as a student and upcoming doctor.
