Taylor Daly '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a starting Striker, and Mid-fielder for West Florida Flames  U19 GA team and love to score goals!!  I am a passionate soccer player, and looking to play at a D1 School while pursing my studies in pre-dentistry or pre-medicine.   I have a 3.9 GPA. 

Soccer is my passion, and I have played for over 11 years, and I love the game.  I love the physical and mental aspect, but mostly I love the competition.  I love the feeling of scoring a goal and winning a game.  I love the speed of play and higher competition levels.  I constantly look to challenge myself on and off the field.  In addition to soccer, I also was on the High School Cross Country Team, and the High School Basketball team and High School Soccer team.

I am on the was on the  HS Student Council, and was appointed VP for Marketing of DECA.  I also love to give back.  In addition to volunteering during the last 4 years at the NOVA Pediatric Dentistry, I volunteer to coach 4 and 5 year old in soccer in the spring and fall.  I really enjoy teaching the game as well as playing it.  In addition to soccer, I volunteer at other events like local foodbank Thanksgiving drives, and Winter Military Yellow Ribbon United events to help kids who have lost family members at war.  

I am a focused and a hard working school student, and work hard to keep up my GPA.  I challenge myself with honors classes in English, History and Math. I am a National Junior Honors Society member.   I know balancing school work and grades with sports, clubs, and volunteer work is really important.   I just recently was awarded 3rd place in the District for DECA and I am moving on to the State Competition.  
I am a well rounded and hard working student athlete, and excited to find a good fit of academics and athletics in college.
