Personal Statement

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my profile. I have been playing soccer since I was three years old. It has always been a dream of mine to play in college. I pride myself on my versatility as a player who is not only capable of playing multiple positions, but who is also known for my hard work and leadership on the field.  I have been honored multiple times with the role of team captain.  As a freshman, I played on my high school Varsity team and was awarded "Rookie of the Year." I have an innate understanding of the game and it shines through when I'm on the field. I believe in teamwork and forming strong bonds with my teammates both on and off the field. Soccer has taught me many valuable skills including sportsmanship, commitment, perseverance, and dedication. It has also taught me the importance of a positive attitude.
