Playing a soccer tournament in Spain and Italy were by far the greatest highlight of my soccer career. The competition playing in these foreign countries against other teams from all over the world is a higher level of play. The competition is more intense and you are motivated to play your hardest. I learned so much about myself as a player and a teammate. I feel that I grew the most as a soccer player throughout this entire process and all my hard work definitely paid off. During these trips, I learned the importance of being a good teammate, hard work, and dedication.
I was so fortunate to go on this amazing and life-changing experience. My coach who took me on this trip has influenced my whole soccer career and has taught me so much. He’s helped train me over the past five years and has improved my soccer abilities.
I attend a college prep school that has taught me the importance of balancing my challenging classes, time management and achieving my athletic goals. I am a coachable athlete who works hard on and off the field. I am open to constructive criticism in order to improve my overall play. As a three-season athlete, I balance school and sports well. I know I have what it takes to be on your team, on the field and in the classroom.
